How to order Wiggly Creatures

We now offer two ways to order from Wiggly Creatures. You can order online using our shopping cart in conjunction with the PayPal payment system., or you can telephone us. We'll be adding a downloadable catalogue and order form later this year for postal orders.

PayPal

Using the buttons on our product pages, you can add items to a secure shopping cart and make your payment instantly. All the payment methods available in PayPal are open to you, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Switch or Solo. Even if you don't already have a PayPal account, you can start using the shopping buttons straight away - when you proceed to the checkout you'll be given the option of signing up for a PayPal account. PayPal is completely integrated with the Wiggly Creatures site and is quick, secure and flexible.

Each item for sale has a button next to it. Just click on the button to add the item to your shopping cart. You'll be taken to your shopping cart page, where you can change the quantity of each item or remove items if you wish. From this page you can proceed to the checkout to finalise your order. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the button. If you don't want to finish your order at once, the contents of your shopping cart will be retained until you come back to us again.

Phone

If you prefer to order by phone, useful if you have queries about the products, call us on +44 (20) 8651 2554 or +44 (7906) 507 127. With this method you can pay cheque.

Post and Packing

For a limited period our post and packing charge for all orders is only £1. It will be automatically added to your order when you proceed to the PayPal checkout.

Terms & Conditions

Orders will be compiled on receipt of your order and dispatched when payment has been confirmed. If the order cannot be compiled within 14 days of receipt then we will notify you and ask you to select alternatives. If you do not wish to select alternative items, we will refund your payment. If you are dissatisfied in any way with the products received and require a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging with a note explaining your complaint. A refund will be dispatched on receipt of the goods.

Wiggly Creatures cannot take responsibility for the delivery of orders once they have been dispatched. Please ensure that the contact and delivery information is accurate as errors may increase delivery time or even prevent delivery altogether. No refunds will be given for mis-delivered orders in the event of the contact and delivery information being inaccurate.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. In the event of a conflict, your statutory rights take precedence.
